Life Enrichment (LE) Bible Class
This class is an inspiring and challenging study of the Scriptures led by a well-respected Bible scholar and congregation member. Meets every Wednesday, 10:00 a.m., in the Education Building. Example lessons include a detailed examination of The Minor Prophets. All are welcome - good coffee and conversation promised!
Men's ChristCare Breakfast Group
This group meets every Friday, 7:00 a.m. This group consists of several men from MDLC and a nearby Lutheran church meeting in an informal setting for food, fellowship, and the reading of a devotional. Join them any Friday morning.
Education Committee
The committee oversees a multi-level Christian education program which teaches God's word to children and adults. Meets monthly in the ED building; refer to the Calendar of Events for exact date and time.
Women's ChristCare Group
This group's mission is serve God and each other, and to reach out with Jesus' love to others. They also develop their relationship with God through Bible study and prayer. The group gets to know its members better by listening, expressing and accepting each other's feelings. They meet in the Education Building, 7:00 p.m., the second and fourth Monday of the month. For the first half hour, they share concerns; the next hour, they have a Bible study led by a member of the group. There is always an empty seat available for any woman wishing to join them on Monday evenings.
Contemporary Couples Group
This group meets twice a month, usually the second and fourth Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Join this group for lively and thought provoking discussion - all ages are welcomed!
Adult Library
The library holds a wonderful assortment of titles and subjects available. Located in ED building, east wing.
Children's Library
The library holds many titles and subjects appropriate for children of all ages. Located in ED building just off of the reception area.
